Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing purposes, do not share it with third parties, and do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

4. Cookies and localStorage

This website uses browser localStorage (not cookies) to store your cookie consent preference. Specifically, we store a single item with the key cookieConsent_asfi-info.eu in your browser's localStorage. The contact form on this site uses the mailto: protocol, which opens your default email client to send a message. The data you enter (name, email, message) is processed by your email client and transmitted according to your email provider's privacy policy. We receive the message in our email inbox and use it only to respond to your enquiry.

We retain contact form messages for up to 12 months, after which they are deleted from our email system unless ongoing correspondence requires retention for longer.

6. Third-Party Services

This website loads the Pico CSS framework from a CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net). This CDN may log your IP address as part of normal server operation. We do not control this logging and recommend reviewing jsDelivr's privacy policy if you have concerns.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other tracking or advertising services. We do not embed third-party social media widgets or video players that would track your browsing.

7. Data Retention

Contact messages are retained for up to 12 months. localStorage data is retained in your browser until you clear it. We do not retain any other personal data.
